Terms of Service

Effective September 22, 2026

These terms cover your use of cosmosyogachattanooga.com and your classes and purchases at Cosmos Yoga, LLC ("Cosmos Yoga", "we", "us"), 1306 S Willow St, Chattanooga, Tennessee. By using the site, reserving a class, or buying anything from us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the studio. Your health and safety

Yoga is physical exercise and carries a risk of injury, as any exercise does. By taking a class you confirm that you are in good enough health to practice, that you have checked with a doctor about anything you are unsure of, and that you take responsibility for your own body. Tell your teacher before class about injuries, pregnancy or conditions that affect your practice, and rest or modify whenever you need to. Nothing on this site or said in class is medical advice.

Before your first class you will sign our liability waiver in Mindbody. It is part of these terms. Students under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign it with them.

Bookings, memberships and purchases

• Mindbody. Reservations, memberships, class packs, drop-ins and payments are handled through Mindbody. Their terms apply to your Mindbody account alongside these.
• Prices. Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown on the Pricing page or in Mindbody at the time you buy. Introductory and founding rates are available only for the period stated. We can change prices for future purchases at any time.
• Memberships. A membership bills on the schedule shown when you buy it and gives one named person unlimited classes for that period. Annual memberships are a commitment for the full term shown at purchase. Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
• Class packs and intro offers. Class packs expire on the date shown at purchase and in your Mindbody account. Intro offers are for new students only, one per person.
• Cancelling a reserved class. If you reserve a spot and can't make it, please cancel in Mindbody as early as you can so someone else can take it. Reserved classes that are cancelled late or not attended may be charged as a used class or a small fee; the current cancellation window and any fee are shown when you book.
• Refunds. Purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires it or we decide otherwise (for example if we cancel a class or you have a medical reason and let us know). If we cancel a class you reserved, nothing is deducted from your pack or account.
• Schedule changes. Classes, teachers and the schedule may change. We will do our best to give notice, and we may cancel a class with low attendance or in an emergency.

Studio conduct

Cosmos is a shared, quiet space. Please arrive a few minutes early, keep phones silent and out of the practice room, and treat teachers and other students with respect. We may ask anyone who is disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful to leave, and may end a membership for repeated problems (with a pro-rated refund of any prepaid, unused time in that case). Please leave valuables at home; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Using the website

• You may use the site to learn about the studio, book classes and buy passes. Don't try to break, scrape or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
• The text, photos, logo, wordmark and design of this site belong to Cosmos Yoga or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to it; please ask before reusing our images or copy.
• Links to other sites (Mindbody, Instagram, Google) are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
• We try to keep the schedule and prices on the site accurate, but the information in Mindbody at the moment you book or buy is what applies.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent Tennessee law allows, Cosmos Yoga, its owners, teachers and staff are not liable for injuries or losses arising from your participation in classes, your use of the studio, or your use of this website, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or the studio after a change means you accept the new terms.
